   This is now the time for change in Blackburn, with people feeling
  more and more disillusioned with the inept National Leadership
we have had over the past years. This has to change and
you can make it happen by voting Conservative.

Knowing Blackburn as well as I do talking and listening to
people about what matters to them in their community,
illustrates there are concerns in many areas. The future for
our children in a town that is increasingly divided not just in
terms of communities but also in levels of income and
deprivation is always an issue.

Your vote will help decide the kind of town that Blackburn
can become in the years ahead. vote for a positive future,
now is the time for change, vote for a brighter future.
